QC

QC/Technical Support     All QC inspections are conducted in-house. Our QC inspectors are trained extensively for three to six months on all our factory procedures to ensure total quality control. QC Staff 10 to 19 Materials/Components      We source plastic magnifiers, acrylic and metal from reputable Taiwan-based suppliers.  ▲QC inspection during      production

▲Finished product      inspection before     delivery Procedures/testing Details      Our QC processes include examinations with groove pitch measuring equipment and inside and outside calipers, as well as drop testing. Other Information     We adhere to strict AQL standards. All raw materials are inspected thoroughly before production begins. Random checks on finished products.
